Mardi – Accounts Manager

Marita – Bookkeeping Officer

Marita is responsible for bookkeeping activities associated with our accounts department; she gives great support to the Accounts Manager to ensure all accounts are in great order.

Kylie – Design and Development Officer

Kylie is responsible for the design and development of business materials; she helps with the graphics and format side of Allens Trainings paperwork.

Sue – Course Material Officer

Sue is responsible for course application development; Sue has had extensive project management exposure, being responsible for various change projects.

Della – Course Material Officer

Della works alongside Sue in the development of course manuals, assessment tools and maintaining the high quality of training material that Allens Training has.

Maree – RPL Assessor and Course Management Officer

Maree is responsible for the Recognition of prior learning applications that can be processed for all of our qualification courses. Maree is also responsible for management of our qualification courses.

Peter – Stores Dispatch Officer

Peter is responsible for the smooth coordination and dispatching of stores, any paperwork or course material that is ordered will get to you as fast as it can with Peters efficient packing.

Bree – Administration and Reception Officer

Bree is responsible for a variety of duties at head office, inclusive of this are answering telephone calls, serving customers, course data entry and more. On top of this Bree is responsible for any issues or questions relating to our online courses system.

Emma – Administration and Scanning Officer

Emma is responsible for administration duties in head office such as reception, data management and record keeping of all of our courses and answering incoming phone calls.
