Registered Training Organisation - RTO partnerships
Mardi is directly responsible for Allens Trainings accounts; she deals on a day to day basis ensuring that all accounts are up to date and in a smooth running process. On top of this Mardi is our jack of all trades giving great support to all staff members in every position.
Tracy is responsible for providing administration support to the General Manager as well Tracy is also responsible for the compliance operations of Allens Training.
Brooke is the day to day contact for our partners; along side this Brooke provides support to the Compliance Manager and General Manager to uphold the high quality of Allens Training.
Kaitlin is our Whitecard Administrator, she deals with construction induction whitecard courses for all states, any questions in regards to this course should be directed to her, and Kaitlin also deals with any room hire bookings for the Goulburn office.
Ashlea is responsible for processing certificates; she holds a great responsibility to get all students their certificates with her undivided attention to providing you with fastest possible turn around times for certificates
Marita is responsible for bookkeeping activities associated with our accounts department; she gives great support to the Accounts Manager to ensure all accounts are in great order.
Maree is responsible for the Recognition of prior learning applications that can be processed for all of our qualification courses. Maree is also responsible for management of our qualification courses.
Peter is responsible for the smooth coordination and dispatching of stores, any paperwork or course material that is ordered will get to you as fast as it can with Peters efficient packing.
Bree is responsible for a variety of duties at head office, inclusive of this are answering telephone calls, serving customers, course data entry and more. On top of this Bree is responsible for any issues or questions relating to our online courses system.
Emma is responsible for administration duties in head office such as reception, data management and record keeping of all of our courses and answering incoming phone calls.
