When Creating an Account
- When creating a password we suggest using something that you should not be able to forget eg middle name or telephone number
- If you forget your password there is a "help me log in" button. You will need to enter either your username or your email address to reset your password.
- After creating an ccount you will be sent an email with a link that you need to click to activate your account. If you do not receive the email, check your junk mail folder and check with your system administrator that the email has not been blocked by the firewall or spam trap. You may have to ask your administrator to 'whitelist' our domain. This is particularly relevant if your email is from a school or government department.
Troublshooting
- If you are having issues with the on line program, shut the progam down and reopen it again and this will generally solve most computer issues.
- Some browsers eg Google Chrome and Opera may have issues with this program. We strongly recommend that you use an alternative browser to complete this program eg Internet Explorer, Firefox etc.
- If you are still experiencing problems there is email support available. This support is available during business hours and can be accessed by emailing online@allenstraining.com.au
What to do when you finish the workbook
- Once you have completed the workbook please ensure that you have a printer connected to your computer as you must print out an online completion certificate proving that the workbook is complete.
- You will then be required to bring the printed completion certificate along to your practical session.
- You need to successfully complete both the online and the practical session in order to be issued your Nationally Recognised Level 2 Senior First Aid Certificate.
How do I start?
- To begin the online workbook please click on the link below.
- Once you click on the link you will be diverted to log in page that will require you to create a new acount, or will enable you to continue your workbook if you have already created an account.
**Please note - If you are completing the first aid course, you will only need to complete the First Aid section. The CPR component is already contained within the first aid program. The CPR course in the course list is for those students attending a CPR course only. Likewise, if you are completing a First Aid or CPR course, you do not have to complete the Work Safely in the Construction Industry program.
