Important - Unique Student Identifier (USI)

If you are undertaking nationally recognised training you will need to have a USI from 1st January 2015.

It is free and easy for you to create your own USI online.

Under legislation training organisations can only issue certification when they have received your USI.

Click below for assistance and information on how to obtain your USI.

Complete your CPR pre course workbook online

This online workbook is pre-course material only - you are still required to attend a practical session and successfully complete both a theory and practical assessment before you will be awarded a nationally recognised statement of attainment.

Our online workbook (plus practical training) is a comprehensive alternative to completing the full CPR Course.
**IE10 is not a supported browser for this course at this time. Please select another browser when completing this course.
You can complete our online learning program by creating an account and then working through all of the lessons and completing the quiz at the end of each lesson. You will need to print out a copy of the online completion certificate and take it along to your practical session
You may prefer to use our new eBook to complete your pre course study. Simply click on the link below to view the workbook on screen as an eBook (you can not print the workbook out  - it is to be viewed on screen). You will need to print out the questions and answer sheet at the end of the eBook, complete the questions and take the completed answer sheet to your practical session.
To view the e-book you will need to use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Internet Explorer is not supported and will cause viewing issues

How do I start?

To begin the online workbook click on the link above. (An instruction sheet can be downloaded here if you feel you need some assistance accessing the site and creating your account)

Once you click on the link you will be diverted to the log in page that will require you to create a new account, or will enable you to continue your workbook if you have already created an account.

Creating an Account

When creating a password we suggest using something that you should not be able to forget eg middle name or telephone number.

If you forget your password go to the ‘Access Support’ button and select “Forgotten your password?”  You will need to enter your username and click ‘Submit’. If you can not remember your username, or you do not immediately get an email back advising of your log in details, we recommend that you use the ‘Access Support’ button

What if I experience difficulty?

If you are having issues with the online program, shut the program and the web browser down and reopen. This will generally solve most computer issues.

We ask that you also try an alternate browser (or computer/device if possible) to ensure that the issue is not related to your settings rather than the online platform.

If you are still experiencing problems there is email support available. This support is available during business hours and can be accessed by using the ‘Access Support’ button within the program or by emailing

What do I do when I complete the workbook?

Once you have completed the workbook please ensure that you have a printer connected to your computer as you must print out an online completion certificate proving that the workbook is complete.

You will need to bring the printed completion certificate to your practical session.
You need to successfully complete both the online and the practical session in order to be issued your Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment.
**Please note - If you are completing the first aid course, you will only need to complete the First Aid section. The CPR component is already contained within the first aid program. The CPR course in the course list is for those students attending a CPR course only.
Likewise if you are completing just the Childcare-Asthma and Anaphylaxis course, you will not have to complete the first aid and cpr sections.
If in doubt, please contact your trainer direct to ensure you complete the appropriate pre-course study.
