For courses completed after 15th July 2019 the following website will allow you to gain a - FREE copy of your Statement of Attainment from your portal from the following website trainingdesk.com.au

Simply put the email address in that you used to complete the course and if you have forgotten your password, you can simply do a forgot my password and it will send instructions back to your email

To request a re-issue of your certificate  such as white-card please complete the below details and ensure you provide as much information as possible including the appropriate reason for your re-print has been selected. This will allow us to process your certificate re-print request promptly.

Please note: If you are requesting to change your legal name you will need to supply appropriate evidence/ID reflecting your previous name and current name.
